The short version: right now, joining our waitlist gives us your email address and signup date. We also use limited technical data to keep the site secure. We use it to send you Suzi updates (sneak peeks, early access, a launch party invite). We never sell your data, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it anytime.

Who we are

Suzi is operated by Suzi App Limited (Company No. 17345842), a company registered in England & Wales. Suzi ("we", "us") is an AI-powered fashion shopping companion, currently pre-launch. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through suziapp.com. For anything privacy-related, contact us at info@suziapp.com.

What we collect, and why

Email address and signup date — when you join the waitlist. We use it to send occasional updates about Suzi: product news, early access invitations, and launch event details. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. Our signup endpoint also uses hashed identifiers derived from your IP address and email address, with request counts and time windows, to limit abuse.

We do not collect anything else through this site. No accounts, no payments, no tracking for advertising.

Shopping links

Our shopping edits contain links to third-party retailers. Some are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy something — at no extra cost to you. Once you leave suziapp.com, the retailer's own privacy policy applies.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers that make the site run: our email platform (to store the waitlist and send emails) and our hosting/database providers. They process data on our behalf and can't use it for their own purposes. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is retired after launch.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time — our welcome email includes an unsubscribe link that opens an email request to hello@suziapp.com, or just write to info@suziapp.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If Suzi's data practices change (for example, when the app launches), we'll update this page and the date above.
